Did everything just taste purple?

Thank God! Geez, I swear yesterday was a crazy day. Arguing with a stranger over the phone, my announcements being lost (yay!), and my window breaking. Well, my window didn't exactly break, but it wouldn't go back up...I'm talking about in my car. So, I drove over to the Mitsubishi dealership and left my car there last night. Wonderful...I called Aaron and she drove me home...such a good friend. I was a little stressed yesterday. So, I came home and couldn't concentrate---bad news b/c I had a test today. But i got up this morning around 7 and studied. Then my wonderful roomie took me across town to get my car. She's awesome! But that was yesterday...

Today I got an e-mail from Dr. Hahn. I need to make an appointment with her and talk about research opportunities. We'll see if it works out. Tonight in lab I totally understood everything. It was great! Then we broke up into groups and my partner was the cute guy. He's so cute! and very funny. It was cool b/c he totally understood everything too, so we got our assignment done pretty quickly. It was great. Then I went to Payam and Zainab's. We watched 'Bad Santa' ---it was hilarious. I actually liked that movie, which is weird considering I had absolutley no desire to see it. It was fun.

But now, I am so tired I am about to fall asleep typing this. So...'til next time!!!

Wow! Speaking of a blast from the past...I went to Leah's party on Saturday. It was hilarious. It was an 80's theme party and everyone definitely looked the part. Zainab and I showed up kinda late, but we had to make sure we looked 80's enough before we arrived. I found this hideous t-shirt and cinched it on the bottom. I also wore a denim skirt and black leggings w/ pink shoes. Kristin's hair was awesome. She crimped her hair and it went out for miles. lol. Leah was sporting a fanny pack and neon sunglasses. It was so funny. Everyone decided to dance to all of the 80's music, which was playing all night. Although I noticed most of it was Madonna---she was very big in the 80's. Ya know, I still haven't figured out whose birthday it was. O-well. It was fun, and I can't wait until the next one. They always seem to be great!

Oh, also this weekend, Aaron got her nose pierced. That was a fun adventure. Easter also snuck up on me. I kept forgetting it was Easter. Now that it's gone, it almost seems as if it never happened. Sad. But anyway....I think that's all I have to say. So...'til next time...

Oh wow! I had so much fun tonight...okay, so dinner kind of sucked, but the mont was great. The set up for dinner was just dumb...2 round tables to cater to 10 people. geez..and our waitress...WOW! i think that's all that needs to be said about her. anyway...the mont was hilarious. Aaron, Zainab, Payam, B-rad, Dennis, and Elisha came. It was so fun! Although, I'm afraid Payam may actually get those pictures developed. wow! I'm pretty sure my policy about not drinking around people that I don't know went out the window tonight. geez! okay...B-rad...something must be done about that boy! lol...I so will not upload any of those pics on this webpage. I did get some great gifts...i got playdough, the killers cd, a bracelet, therapist in a box (one of the best), earrings, a photo album, a gift certificate to hastings, a new frog, and flowers. exciting! i'm so pumped! AND...Bailey called me to wish me happy birthday! AND...Mary text messaged me to say happy b-day...AND...Kym called to wish me a happy b-day! Overall, it was a great night. The Mont was so much fun! I love my friends. I wish Nathan had come, though...but he was at dinner, so that was fun. But, I decided to sober up a bit before I go to bed...and I decided to blog! Yay for blogs! Which is really funny, b/c I don't know if any of this makes sense...I hope it does. but if it doesn't, o-well! It was great to meet Dennis's girl. She's very sweet and they are very cute together. I had so much fun! Definitely the best birthday I've had at OU so far...but honestly, probably the last. but o-well! so...thank you to Aaron, Zainab, Payam, B-rad, Dennis, and Elisha...I had a wonderful time! g'nite and 'til next time...

okay...wow, last weekend was so much fun! i'm still reeling from it. where do i begin? well, first of all, aaron and i decided to go to the city b/c we needed to pick up zainab's gift from the ups store. well, we had to be there by 7, and we got there around 6:50, which would have been sooner, but we got a little lost. so we were freaking out, b/c they aren't open on the weekends and we needed them before the party on saturday. but we made it...so we decided to go to the mall, and we got lost again. it was quite funny...but we made it and it was very fun. okay, so that's not the highlight of my weekend...

later that night we went to kristin's b-day party...of course, we had to get her something before we went, so that took a while. we got there around midnight and left around 2:30. it was so much fun. i got to see a whole new side of leah.

saturday was zainab's party. i went and picked up aaron around 7:30 and we headed over there. i was the dd, but i couldn't hang out and not celebrate--what kind of a guest would i be? of course i hadn't eaten since around 11:30 that morning, so, it didn't talk long for the alcohol to kick in. there were so many people there, most of which i didn't know, but some i had met before. after opening presents, some of the guys decided to give the birthday girl a lap dance. omigosh! i was rollin. unfortunately, aaron captured the moment with my camera. lol. it was so hilarious! we left around 2 and made it home okay. i think one of the most memorable things from that night was the latest rendition of 'the tahlequah song'---it has been with me all week. geez...

i was so exhausted on sunday, that i came home from work and went right to sleep. i think i slept for about 4 hours. monday night we went to the mont b/c it was zainab's actual b-day. she wore the crown we gave her and brought the journal for people to write in the drinks they bought her. it was a fun night, but i was home by 11:30. i was so exhausted. the weekend was great! i've been trying to recover ever since...i just can't seem to get enought sleep...but hopefully this weekend i can catch up.

i'll probalby write again after going to the island's, since my b-day is wednesday! yay!! i can't wait! well, 'til next time...

btw...some of my channels have switched places...i don't get it
